At Redlik we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, you can return it.

1. 14-day period
You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to return it, without giving any reason (right of withdrawal under Spanish and EU consumer law).

2. How to request a return

1. Write to us at hola.redlik@gmail.com with your order number and the product you want to return. You can also use the form at the end.
2. We'll reply within 48 working hours with the address and instructions for sending it.
3. Send the product within 14 days of notifying us.

3. Condition of the product
The camera must be in good condition, with all its accessories and, if possible, in its original packaging. If it has been damaged through misuse, we may deduct any loss of value from the refund.

4. Shipping costs

• If you change your mind: you pay for the return shipping.
• If the product arrives faulty, broken or is not what you ordered: we pay and send you a new one or refund your money, whichever you prefer.

5. Refund
We refund your money within 14 days of you notifying us of the return, using the same payment method you used. We may wait until we receive the product, or until you send us proof of shipment, before issuing the refund. If you bought with the "2nd unit half price" offer and return only one unit, we refund what you actually paid for that unit.

6. Colour exchanges
If you'd prefer another colour, return the product and place a new order with the colour you want.

7. Warranty
All our products come with a 3-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects. If you notice any fault, write to us at hola.redlik@gmail.com with a photo or video and we'll sort it out.

8. Cancellations
If you want to cancel an order that hasn't shipped yet, write to us as soon as possible and we'll refund the full amount.
