At Redlik we want your order to arrive quickly and in perfect condition. Here's everything you need to know.

1. Where we ship

We ship to Spain and every country in the European Union. For now we don't ship outside the European Union.

2. How much it costs

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum amount.

3. How long it takes

From the moment you order until it reaches your home usually takes between 7 and 14 days. These are approximate times: in busy periods (for example Black Friday or Christmas) they may take a little longer, and we'll let you know if that happens.

4. Order tracking

When your order ships, we send you an email with the tracking number so you always know where it is.

5. If the parcel arrives damaged

If the box or the product arrives damaged, write to us at hola.redlik@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, with a photo of the parcel and the product. We'll send you a new one or refund you, whichever you prefer, at no cost to you.

6. If you don't receive your order

If the delivery time has passed and you haven't heard anything, write to us with your order number and we'll check it with the carrier.
